Abyiss Transaction Guarantee Policy

At Abyiss, we strive to ensure that all transactions are secure, efficient, and successful. To provide our customers with peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive transaction guarantee for our cryptocurrency on and off-ramping services. This policy outlines the circumstances under which we guarantee transactions and the specific scenarios where this guarantee does not apply.

1. Scope of the Guarantee

Our transaction guarantee covers the following:

  • Successful Conversion: We guarantee that if a transaction initiated through our platform fails to convert cryptocurrency to fiat (or vice versa) due to an identifiable error on our part, we will refund the full amount of the transaction.
  • System Errors: If a transaction fails due to a verifiable system malfunction or technical error within the Abyiss platform, we will refund the full transaction amount.
  • Lost Transactions: In the event that a transaction is lost due to a verifiable error attributable to Abyiss, we will compensate the customer for the full amount of the lost transaction in dollars.

2. Exclusions from the Guarantee

The transaction guarantee does not cover issues arising from customer errors, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect Wallet Addresses: If the customer sends cryptocurrency to the wrong wallet address, Abyiss is not responsible for the lost funds.
  • Incorrect Banking Information: If the customer provides incorrect banking information, Abyiss is not liable for any failed or lost transactions.
  • Third-Party Errors: Transactions that fail due to errors from third-party service providers or banks are not covered by this guarantee.
  • Customer Negligence: Any loss resulting from the customer's failure to follow proper procedures or provide accurate information is not covered.

3. Claim Process

To file a claim under our transaction guarantee, customers must:

  • Contact Abyiss Support: Notify us within 30 days of the failed transaction by contacting our support team at support@abyiss.com.
  • Provide Transaction Details: Submit detailed information about the transaction, including transaction ID, date, amount, and a description of the issue.
  • Verification: Allow Abyiss to investigate the transaction. We may request additional information or documentation to verify the claim.

4. Resolution

Upon verification of the claim:

  • If Abyiss is found to be at fault, we will process a refund or compensation within 10 business days.
  • If the issue is determined to be due to customer error or an exclusion listed above, the transaction guarantee will not apply.

5. Limitation of Liability

Abyiss's liability under this transaction guarantee is limited to the amount of the failed transaction. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the failed transaction.

6. Amendments

Abyiss reserves the right to amend this transaction guarantee policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers via our website and will apply to transactions conducted after the effective date of the amendment.
